Job Description
Agnico Eagle is seeking an IT Systems Operations Administrator to work within the regional IT team. The successful candidate will implement and maintain the company's IT systems, physical/virtual servers and backup environment.
Requirements
- College diploma (DEC) in computer science or equivalent training
- Five (5) years of experience in IT system administration
- Advanced experience with Windows Server operating systems
- Advanced experience in managing Cisco switches
- Basic experience with Linux operating systems and databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, etc.)
- Knowledge of mining IT systems, private LTE infrastructure, fiber optic concepts, and the functioning and management of firewalls (asset)
