Maintenance Electrical Supervisor, Underground Operations

Agnico Eagle is seeking a Maintenance Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical activities related to mining equipment maintenance and mine advancement. The successful candidate will lead and coach a team, develop standards and procedures, and coordinate electrical maintenance and construction activities.

Requirements

• Ontario provincial or inter-provincial (Red Seal) trade certificate
• 10 years of experience in an underground mining capacity
• 5 years of supervisory experience with proven interpersonal and management skills
• Experience working in SAP, JDE or similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Hands on experience with underground mining equipment, including Jumbo Drills, MacLean Bolters, Diamond Drills, Long Hole Drills, VFDs and motor starters for fans and pumps
• Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
