Job Description
Agnico Eagle is seeking a Maintenance Electrical Supervisor, Underground Operations, to oversee electrical activities and lead a team in the Underground Maintenance Department at the Detour Lake Mine in Ontario.
Requirements
- Ontario provincial or inter-provincial (Red Seal) trade certificate
- 10 years of experience in an underground mining capacity
- 5 years of supervisory experience with proven interpersonal and management skills to lead and inspire a team
- Experience working in SAP, JDE or similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Experience in low and high voltage distribution, SEL Protection Relays as well as troubleshooting/ programming PLC's
- Hands on experience with underground mining equipment, including Jumbo Drills, MacLean Bolters, Diamond Drills, Long Hole Drills, VFDs and motor starters for fans and pumps
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
