Job Description
We are seeking a driven, highly motivated, collaborative, and intellectually curious professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for the agriculture equipment industry and a willingness to work hard to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Achieve targeted and agreed upon sales goal (volume and margin)
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Continually improve personal selling capabilities
- Actively identifies, seeks, and obtains new prospects
- Review and implement technology solutions
- Share information, solutions, and ideas with customers
- Effectively follows and supports AVE-PLP's sales process
- Maintain a working knowledge of used equipment values
- Coordinate with Store Managers, Parts, and Service to support customer needs
