Job Description
AHEAD is seeking an Intelligent Operations Sales Specialist to cultivate business in commercial to enterprise markets, identifying new opportunities, developing relationships, and creating pipeline and forecasting process. The role requires strong communication skills, a hunter mentality, and a deep understanding of technology, particularly in Observability, ServiceNow, and cloud products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technology based sales experience
- Strong knowledge in Observability (Dynatrace/Datadog/Grafana) or ServiceNow (ITSM) products
- Knowledge in Tanium and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) products is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (Salesforce) or related software
- Experience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
