AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to provide advanced support for Windows Server environments and troubleshoot L2 incidents/service requests.
Requirements
- Provide advanced support for Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2 incidents/service requests within SLAs
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, deployments of infrastructure components
- Tune server performance, apply patches/updates, and manage backup/restore operations
- Monitor infrastructure health via tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Logic Monitor) and generate reports
- Conduct DR planning and periodic drills; support compliance and change management
- Collaborate with L1 teams to resolve complex issues and ensure clear communication with stakeholders
- Maintain server security posture through audits, hardening, and vulnerability remediation
- Support configuration management, endpoint policies, and software deployment
- Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and contribute to the IT knowledge base
