Sr. Systems Engineer

To ensure successful implementation of projects, SLAs are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved. Oversee system design, development, and implementation, and provide onsite post-sale support for Microsoft and Wintel server related problems.

Requirements

• Ensure SLAs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of clients' system design requirements
• Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools
• Focus on key customers' IT infrastructure for further enhancement
• Provide onsite post-sale support for Microsoft and Wintel server related problems
• Assist in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables
• Liaise with internal sales, project manager, and vendors for communicating project status and problem resolution
• Provide after office-hour offsite standby 24x7 (rotation basis)
• Lead system integration deployment project
• Obtain job-related Industry Certification for principal partnership requirement
