Residential Assistant Manager (Group Home) - All Five Boroughs

AHRC NYC is seeking Residential Assistant Managers (RAM) for Group Home residences in all five boroughs. The RAM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operation for the community residential program, collaborating with the Residence Manager and other management team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or HSE, along with 12-18 months of related experience required
• Experience supervising staff in a residential setting preferred
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities REQUIRED
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations REQUIRED
• Ability to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and implementing program policies and procedures in timely and consistent manner
• Ability to deal diplomatically with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public
