Job Description
As our Recruiting Manager, you will lead the global hiring efforts for AIRoA, driving the full spectrum of recruitment activities — from strategy design to execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
- Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written) — required
- Fluent Japanese communication skills for coordination with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work on-site in Tokyo (remote work not available)
