Job Description
As the Business Talent Acquisition Specialist at the AI Robot Association (AIRoA), you will drive the recruitment of business professionals who support and accelerate our initiatives, including roles in strategy, communications/PR, HR, general affairs, and internal IT. Based on a solid understanding of AIRoA’s work in building a robot data ecosystem and developing foundation models for robots, you will own the end-to-end hiring process: headcount planning, direct sourcing, agency management, design and operation of the selection process, and offer design and closing. Working closely with project leaders and other stakeholders, you will plan and execute business hiring that is tightly aligned with project strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mid-career recruitment (in-house at a business company, startup, etc.)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience recruiting for business roles (e.g., sales, business development, planning, corporate functions)
- End-to-end recruitment experience from defining hiring requirements and selecting channels to coordinating the selection process and closing offers
