COR-232 General Affairs Specialist 総務担当

The General Affairs Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of back-office operations that support the overall management of the AI Robot Association. This includes supporting the operation of board meetings and various internal meetings, acting as the secretariat for events, managing contracts and other official documents, overseeing office supplies and assets, maintaining and improving the office environment, and handling payments and budget-related tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in general affairs or corporate administration (in-house at a business company, startup, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in managing corporate governance bodies (meetings), document control, and contract/approval (stamping) workflows
• Basic knowledge of business law and compliance
• Ability to communicate carefully and effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
