Job Description
As the Business Talent Acquisition Specialist at the AI Robot Association (AIRoA), you will drive the recruitment of business professionals who support and accelerate our initiatives, including roles in strategy, communications/PR, HR, general affairs, and internal IT. You will own the end-to-end hiring process, working closely with project leaders and other stakeholders to plan and execute business hiring that is tightly aligned with project strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mid-career recruitment (in-house at a business company, startup, etc.)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience recruiting for business roles (e.g., sales, business development, planning, corporate functions)
- End-to-end recruitment experience from defining hiring requirements and selecting channels to coordinating the selection process and closing offers
- Experience developing hiring plans and defining roles/positions in close collaboration with department heads and hiring managers
