COR-213 Head of Engineering Recruitment/エンジニア採用責任者

We are seeking a Head of Engineering Recruitment to lead our hiring efforts for outstanding engineers from Japan and overseas. As the lead recruiter, you will develop a deep understanding of the roles required to build a robot data ecosystem and develop foundation models for robots, and manage the entire end-to-end hiring process. You will be responsible for defining requirements, drafting job descriptions, selecting channels, screening, managing candidate and agency communications, coordinating offers and closing, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for international engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering recruitment
• Extensive hands-on experience in hiring international engineers
• End-to-end recruitment experience, including defining requirements, selecting channels, running the selection process, and closing offers
• Business-level English proficiency
