
Job description
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services by selling directly to retail customers through infrastructures such as call centre (i.e. telemarketing) and online platform to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives.
Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales target, understanding the needs of the customers and recommend suitable products to them, convert leads provided by partner to sales through telemarketing activities.
