Assistant Manager, Cloud Automation

The Assistant Manager, Cloud Automation role focuses on leveraging the ServiceNow platform and its integration with Terraform Cloud and Ansible Automation Platform to automate infrastructure management processes in AIA Group.

Requirements

• Active professional certifications (ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Application Developer, Terraform Associate, Azure DevOps Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, etc.)
• 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in automation of infrastructure management and building self-service capabilities using ServiceNow and its integration with such automation tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Good understanding of cloud providers and experience working with cloud providers' APIs
• Ability to adjust to multiple and changing priorities, remaining flexible and open
• Ability to build and maintain coordinated working relationships with internal and external shareholders of all levels
• Be a self-starter and possess the confidence and skills to operate with and enjoy a high degree of autonomy
• Special skills: ability to adjust to multiple and changing priorities, remaining flexible and open
