Join AIA Digital+ and shape a better tomorrow by contributing to the operational performance of AIA's Group shared Public Cloud services. Assist in supporting the AIA multi-cloud environment and liaise with service providers to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements

• Assist in supporting the AIA multi-cloud environment
• Liaise with service providers to ensure operational processes follow-up and incident management
• Improve operational efficiency via use-case definition with the Automation Engineer
• Develop automation opportunities via the use of Infrastructure-As-Code tooling
• Support Group Technical Risk to ensure compliance to all security requirements and standards
• Support of non-standard cloud services that might not be covered in AIA service provider contracts
• Assist with Business Unit onboarding into their chosen cloud environment
