Production Supervisor 1st Shift

Requirements

• Supervise and lead production team members in their daily activities
• Coordinate and communicate production activities with external customers and internal departments
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and safety guidelines to workers
• Promote flow and pull of products and information to internal and ultimately external customers
• Investigate problems and issues on the production floor, recommend and implement solutions
