Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge related to the field of manufacturing
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate employees to promote continuous improvement efforts
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce
• Capacity to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities in order to meet deadlines
• Advanced problem-solving skills to interpret and identify solutions with available information and resources
