Job Description
The BAS Service Technician will be responsible for preventative maintenance tasks, programming, and troubleshooting of DDC Systems, working within occupied buildings. This role involves site-specific training, conflict resolution, and maintaining system functionality. Flexibility to work overtime is expected, with on-call rotation.
Requirements
- High School or GED required.
- Associate degree or equivalent from a College or Technical School or AAS preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code (FSR-B).
- Knowledge of Wireshark and Network Captures.
- BCEM (Building Certified Energy Manager) certification is a plus.
- SEMAC (Sustainable Energy Management Advanced Certificate) is a plus.
