This role requires on-call responsibilities, ensuring timely maintenance, and handling residential operations, customer service, and administrative tasks. Requirements

• Interact with residents in a customer-service oriented manner.
• Responsible for cleaning duties, including litter pick-up, sweeping, shoveling, pressure washing, or as assigned.
• Monitor and adjust irrigation systems for optimal efficiency.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor potted plant maintenance.
• Complete work orders and turnover maintenance.
• Uphold and report breaches of the rules and regulations of the property
• Perform first response for snow removal and ice melt applications
• Handle and store hazardous materials appropriately
• Assist with receiving deliveries and assembling items
