Job Description
Ainsworth (a GDI company) is seeking an Electric Motor Machinist to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts. The role involves fabricating, modifying, or repairing motor instruments, maintaining industrial machines, and ensuring adherence to all safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined and team players.
Requirements
- Ability to operate various size lathes and related equipment
- Ability to operate Milling machines
- Ability to use general machine shop measuring devices
- Ability to perform general welding and metal spray
- Ability to dismantle and assess the mechanical condition of motor
- Composing tasks in an orderly, professional and efficient manner
- Ensuring quality standard are met or exceeded
- Complete all documentation in a clear, neat and concise manner
- Interact with the customer, fellow workers to ensure all service standards are met or exceeded
