Technical Account Manager

Alpine IQ is looking for a Technical Account Manager to build strong relationships with customers, provide technical guidance, and help achieve business goals. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar role in a SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Strong technical foundation including SQL, APIs, and scripting (Python or similar)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
