Apartment Maintenance Technician - Bay

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at Bay Apartments in San Diego, CA. The Maintenance Technician will provide excellent service to residents and assist team members. The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience and proficiency in at least two technical trades.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
