Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Moreno Valley, CA. This role involves providing excellent service to residents, completing basic apartment turns, and performing routine maintenance. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong work ethic and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Comfort with physical activity
