Maintenance Technician - Promenade Terrace

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Corona, CA. AIR Communities uses industry leading technology for a modern approach to maintenance so our Maintenance Technicians can help as many residents as possible each day.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
