Apartment Maintenance Technician - Haven 124

AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at their apartment community in Northglenn, CO. The role involves providing excellent service to residents and assistance to team members, completing basic apartment turns, and performing resident requested repairs and routine maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
