Maintenance Technician - Avens Point

AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at their apartment community in Thornton, CO. The role involves providing excellent service to residents, completing basic apartment turns, and assisting with resident requested repairs and routine maintenance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong technical skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Comfort with physical activity
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
