We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our community in the Thornton, CO area. AIR Communities uses industry leading technology for a modern approach to maintenance so our Maintenance Technicians can help as many residents as possible each day.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
- Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month).
- A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours.
- Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
