Apartment Maintenance Technician - Grant Row Lofts

AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at their community in Thornton, CO. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to residents, complete apartment turns, and assist with repairs and routine maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month).
• A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours.
• Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
