Systems Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Systems Program Manager to lead program development and product launches. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that products and programs are successfully brought to market.

What You Will Do

Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of product and program launches from concept through release. Define and manage program scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product launch roles

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, including executive reporting and stakeholder alignment
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
