Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of a software feature, solution, or product. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise to navigate challenges, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive innovation.

What You Will Do

Leads portions of the planning and execution of multiple complex technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's software products. Develops software roadmaps based on product and technical requirements and business needs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field. Preferred certifications include Program Management Professional.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
• 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field
