Engineering Project/Program Manager

Role Overview

This role provides leadership to individual contributors, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and manages R&D of new technologies. The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to proactively improve processes, reduce costs, drive schedules, and resolve issues.

What You Will Do

Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors, manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects, and establishes technology and product goals in collaboration with tech leads, partners, clients, and executive leadership.
