Engineering Program Manager

Role Overview

Join the world's largest HVAC company as an Engineering Program Manager, leading programs and projects within the Engineering Program Management Department focused on new product development. This position provides technical, organizational, and strategic program leadership.

What You Will Do

Lead new product development engineering teams, collaborate with multiple functions to define, develop, and deploy strategic initiatives and/or product roadmaps, manage project scope, schedule, and costs, and provide input on overall strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Microsoft Project experience
