Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative, you will work with a supportive team and communicate with valued customers daily. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, liaising with colleagues, and processing sales orders.

Requirements

• Deal with inbound correspondence
• Liaise with Air Liquide's states' staff to resolve customer enquiries
• Conduct all activities in accordance with requirements of ALH's Quality Management System
• Key sales orders received via email, online, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient manner
• Process and follow up after call requests via email, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient manner
