Job Description
Build your Career with an Industry Leader. Working with our Customer Service team you will be responsible for withholding a depth of knowledge of our products and customer’s and will manage our customer’s journey from Sales Representative through to the shipment of goods here at MCC.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service throughout our customers journey here at MCC.
- Develop and remain committed to a thorough understanding of MCC’s products, services, policies, and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Handle numerous orders simultaneously and follow their pathway to different situations.
- Collaborate across our internal teams to coordinate and support the customer journey and provide support for fellow colleagues during times of absence or peak periods.
