Requirements

• Experience in customer service
• Experience in manufacturing, print or the packaging industry (desirable)
• Strong administrative skills
• Detail oriented and process driven with high attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• High level of initiative and self-motivation
• Impeccable phone manner and ability to establish & maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills
