Percepta is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work on-site in Melbourne, Florida. The successful candidate will provide timely and professional customer service, communicate with customers and dealerships, and meet customer service levels and business performance goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Prior knowledge/experience in the automotive industry
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong organizational, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong team-building skills, self-sufficient, resourceful, and works well with minimal supervision
