Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve customer problems in a fast-paced welding and industrial gas industry.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent/highly proficient in written and oral communication
- Time management, team collaboration, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
