Requirements
- Manufacture and quality management, and maintain and improve product specifications
- Maintain and improve quality management systems, including document management and incident management
- Prepare documents and files for product quality audits and ISO certification
- Provide technical support for quality issues related to products sold or used in Asia-Pacific countries
- Maintain and improve quality management systems through investigation, team activities, training, and the introduction of necessary systems
- Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, logistics, and other departments to optimize processes and products, prevent problems, and ensure that analysis and measurement systems are properly implemented
- Monitor and review important quality management points, develop and review measurement standards and values, and ensure consistency between production capacity, experimental methods, and customer needs
- Identify and apply best practices across multiple functions
