Requirements

• Act as the sole creator and driver of our company-wide learning roadmap
• Design, deliver, and evolve training programs
• Partner closely with department heads to identify skills gaps and source or build specialised, technical training
• Create and facilitate learning experiences tailored specifically for a distributed team
• Prioritise training that solves real business problems, focusing on measurable growth and practical application
• Mix the best of both worlds by creating bespoke internal content while sourcing and managing high-quality external vendors and educational tools
