Job Description
OAG is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to own and deliver a broad L&D portfolio, designing learning programs for new joiners, management development, and commercial capability. The role will involve partnering with commercial and sales teams to close capability gaps and translate growth targets into practical, measurable learning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a generalist L&D role with a track record of designing and delivering programs across multiple functions
- Demonstrated experience supporting commercial or sales teams and designing learning that has a tangible impact on revenue outcomes
- Strong grounding in instructional design and adult learning principles with the practical ability to create blended learning for a wide range of audiences
