GR8 Tech is hiring a Learning and Development Specialist to execute and operationally manage learning and development initiatives. The role supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs to ensure their quality and promote a continuous development culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in L&D Specialist, L&D Project Manager, or Event Manager roles
- Proven experience in implementing talent development initiatives and delivering L&D projects
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design basics
- Experience in developing and managing training and development programs
- Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to identify problems and risks and suggest solutions
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report on training effectiveness metrics and feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders including employees, managers, and external vendors
