Market Manager - Acquisition

Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager - Acquisition to lead the growth and scaled acquisition of high-quality hosts and homes in Seoul, Korea. The successful candidate will develop and manage integrated supply growth campaigns and initiatives to ignite lead generation efforts across Korea, building upon Airbnb's strong brand and increasing hosting awareness and consideration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, sales, business development and program management
• 2+ years of experience in technology, travel, and marketplace sectors or operating in a high-growth scale-up business
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Proven track record of being able to effectively work a leads pipeline and/or a book of business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly analytical and ability to transform and interpret data into actionable insights
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
• Fluency in Korean and English
