Airbnb is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Operations Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing tracking and be excited about using AI and automation to build scalable marketing systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, ideally in a high-growth tech startup, performance-oriented marketing organization, or agency
- Hands-on experience with paid social and performance advertising platforms such as Meta and Google
- Experience using AI tools to automate operational workflows
- Experience working with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, CAPI solutions and mobile measurement platforms such as Singular, AppsFlyer or Adjust
- Strong analytical skills that can adapt to new tools and capabilities
- Understanding of how privacy frameworks and regulations (such as ATT and GDPR) impact marketing measurement and tracking
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across organizational boundaries with a track record of building strong relationships with cross-functional partners
