Strategic Sourcing, Manager - Engineering & Infrastructure

Airbnb's Strategic Sourcing team seeks a Manager - Engineering & Infrastructure to partner with engineering leaders, design sourcing strategies, and modernize procurement processes using AI and automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, consulting, vendor management, or technology strategy roles
• Experience sourcing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, IT services, or technology vendors
• Strong commercial negotiation experience with enterprise technology suppliers
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured sourcing strategies
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with financial models, supplier comparisons, and contract structures
• Experience using data, automation, or AI tools to support decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
