Job Description
As the Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will partner with engineering leaders to understand technology roadmaps and translate them into sourcing strategies and supplier engagement plans. You will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across infrastructure, engineering services, developer tooling, and emerging technology platforms. Success in this role means enabling smarter technology investments, stronger supplier partnerships, and improved operational clarity across the CIO organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, consulting, or technology vendor management
- Experience sourcing technology categories such as cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, AI technologies, or engineering services
- Strong negotiation and commercial strategy experience in complex technology environments
- Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial strategies and supplier decisions
- Experience working with engineering or product organizations
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience using data, automation, or AI tools to improve business workflows or decision processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
