The HR Business Partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, and formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees.
Requirements
- Prepares and analyzes reports on HR metrics, projects, and programs
- Manages implementation of process improvements within HRIS and related software
- Assists with developing, coordinating, and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow within the HR department
- Consults and guides the organization through times of change and supports organizational development
- Promotes proactive approaches to problem solving
- Participates in other business projects, representing HR on cross-functional teams
- Develops, revises, implements, and administers HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
- Guides employees and supervisors in HR related matters
- Supports and guides managers and individual employees in talent and performance management processes
- Supports immigration process by managing individual cases
- Partners with HR Director to plan and manage budget for HR related programs
- Conducts periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures and with any relevant federal, state or local legislation
