Account Manager

Airgas is looking for an Account Manager in Paramount, CA. The role involves building and sustaining high-value partnerships within the business and industrial sectors, advancing sustainable growth within an established territory, and nurturing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities. The Account Manager will serve as a consultative partner, helping customers integrate Airgas's full range of solutions to add significant value to their operations. The role requires a proven history of success in B2B sales or business development roles, ideally within the industrial gas or a related industry, and a demonstrated track record of advancing sales and business development goals while surpassing key milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or two to three years of related experience and/or training
• Proven history of success in B2B sales or business development roles
• Demonstrated track record of advancing sales and business development goals
• Collaborative sales process
• Proficiency in common email, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software
