Plant Administrator

We are looking for a Plant Administrator to provide crucial administrative support to fill plant operations, focusing on site level inspection records inspired by our collective commitment to group HSE reporting within Intelex. The role will also support and facilitate new associate onboarding training and milestone reminders for hiring managers, as well as all refresher training for existing associates.

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience, preferably in the gas/welding industry or operations/sales support.
• Proficiency in Google Kite Platform, and experience with SAP or similar databases.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and ability to handle customer inquiries under pressure.
