Plant Manager

We are looking for a Plant Manager to supervise and coordinate the production and repackaging of compressed and liquid gases into cylinders at our industrial cylinder fill plant. Lead a team, ensure safety, manage operations, and drive efficiency in a cutting-edge environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of five years of related experience in an industrial setting, required.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Proficiency in computer usage for data entry, extraction, and tracking plant performance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with the team and communicate safety and operational instructions.
• Proficient in basic math and problem-solving, with the ability to interpret instructions and apply them in various situations.
